We were visiting my very elderly aunt and needed to help her get her newly repaired hearing aid before we left. Appointments in our time frame were limited, so we needed the aid at a different branch from normal, and Mary from this branch drove it between the other two branches so we could get it! We are really impressed, and Mary is awesome!
Laura and Mary are at the Paoli location. We have been seeing them for about 3 years. They are very accommodating and efficient. I love going there because it is always a real pleasant experience.
I went in for my first hearing test and Laura was wonderful. She was professional and efficient and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. She is definitely knowledgeable in this field. I would definitely recommend.
The office is pleasant and the staff is friendly and professional. They are patient when I call to reschedule an appointment and helpful when I have questions.
