Learned a lot today. Elise really knows a lot and she was so pleasant as well. Her test was very thorough. I liked the new glasses they sell for hearing. When it is time, I will definitely go to Elise for her help and guidance.
Assisted a family friend to the Palm Harbor Miracle Ear office for updates and cleaning. We also needed information on paring the phone to the hearing aids, with great success and helpful advice everything was accomplished with good friendly information.
Brought my friend Mildred for help with her hearing aids. We met Cathy when we entered, then we met Elise. From the time we walked in until the time we walked out, Mildred was treated with kind, courteous and very professional care. Elise answered all of my friend's questions. She explained everything clearly and resolved the issue. Both ladies made us feel comfortable. Needless to say my friend left the office a very happy client.
The staff is awesome. They went above n beyond to make sure I received a pair of hearing aids... They took really good care of me when I visited. Definitely recommend them. I had gone for a hearing test n to check what's available an my options were to obtain hearing aids.
