Had two meetings with Nichole. Both were informative and helpful to understand my hearing situation. First, she gave me a hearing test while explaining all of the results clearly and simply. Arrived exhausted at the top of the stairs, then seeing that a store employee was closing shop. I went and tapped on the window and she turned back, with a warm and welcoming smile. Ses he opened the door and encouraged me to come in. I was winded and she offered me a seat.
