Doesn't return calls. She's had this hearing aid for a year, and it's NEVER worked right. Since this original post we've changed to the store in Schaumburg and it's 150% better. Brent is kind and caring to the woman I take there. She's 92 and he makes her smile every time! So many people are inpatient with her but not Brent he takes his time and explains everything to her and I'm very grateful for him and his assistant.
Brent is a pleasent and honest person who helps to explain the results of your hearing test.
I have been wearing Miracle Ear hearing aids for years, and just love them. They aren't perfect, but Brent in Schaumburg is usually able to solve my problems. I love my new ones I got this spring, best yet! Sometimes have a problem with the app, but there is usually a way around it. I love being able to stream the telephone and TV right into my ears! I definitely recommend them!
