One year in with my Miracle ear hearing aide; I also used a Signia hearing aid (actually have had 2) prior. I must admit I have had a better experience with Miracle Ear. That maybe due to Rich's expertise and excellent customer service. He's very caring and wants you to have a great experience using Miracle Ear. I think because of Rich's great service my Miracle ear works for me.
I had a very good experience with Richard Spilka, he was very thorough, patient, and professional. He also called to check in on me, if I was experiencing any issues. I’m a pleased customer.
