Not a patient here but received a totally insane marketing letter that is pictured. It nearly gave the elderly person (and me) it is addressed to a heart attack as they thought it was some serious medical bill that got missed. I'm hard-pressed to believe a medical provider could sign off on something so dangerous. Please rethink your marketing angle here as this just caused uneeded stress.
