Very very personable and knowledgeable
Richard was excellent! I had been losing my hearing since 2016. I had been to other audiologists before and none of them 1-took the time to explain my results or 2-told me what my insurance would cover and discussed my options. I found Richard to be a delightful person. He understood my feelings and embarrassment over my hearing loss, and he actually touched on that subject and what happens when you are HOH without a device. I highly recommend this location - (Hartsdale) & this audiologist. My visit was eye-opening.
Richard provided excellent service helping my 88-year-old father with his hearing. As his son, I really appreciated how thorough his process was and the hearing aids made all the difference. It was clear that he wasn't just knowledgeable, but also deeply committed to helping my father hear better. Highly recommend!
