Dear Miracle-Ear, My grandfather has been gone for 2+ years. I continue to receive solicitations by mail, including a "Happy Birthday!" message today. When your business is elderly people, I don't think it's too much to ask that you sweep your mailing list annually to see if your customer is still alive, in order to be considerate of their grieving families.
