Dear Miracle-Ear, My grandfather has been gone for 2+ years. I continue to receive solicitations by mail, including a "Happy Birthday!" message today. When your business is elderly people, I don't think it's too much to ask that you sweep your mailing list annually to see if your customer is still alive, in order to be considerate of their grieving families. Thank you.
