I have been going to Miracle Ear for several years. During those years I have had the opportunity to meet their wonderful staff. I cannot say enough about the way they conduct business..in the most friendliest and business like manner. When my hearing aid is due for a clean up, they call to remind me, and if, on occasion, I have had a problem with the aid, they take me in immediately. I go to the Miracle Ear in Farmington, Mi. Dean is a highly capable young man who is eager to help in any way he can. Amanda, who works up front, is a very sweet and friendly young lady. Joanne Deutsch

Just switched to the Farmington store. Went in for a regular serive appointment but got much more. One of my hearing aids was not doing the job so Dean retested me and then adjusted the device so it works very nicely now. I had given up hope on it but Dean came to the rescue.
