The hearing professionals have always been very helpful and were able to transition my dad’s hearing aids over to me when he passed, but Ronni is a total sweetheart 🧡 and deserves a raise! She’s always there to help and goes out of her way to do so, working with the insurance companies, making appointments work out, and she knows a thing or 2 about the hearing aids!! I’ve been having trouble with getting my left one to stay in for a couple years now and whatever she did is a miracle because it has not come out since 😃
The service is great. The individuals who work there are great, friendly, and professional. They work with you to find and fit your needs and expectations.
Very rude and hangs ups on you when they get mad and can't talk!!! Will not work with Veterans . I tried to get info and they hung up and will not help at all.
