Best customer service ever....
My Hearing test done by Sam was as professional as could be. He took great effort to explain everything, so that I fully understood. He performed the best hearing test that I have ever experienced! However, at a cost of $7000.00 for two new hearing aids, the return on investment for me. at age 82 is ridiculously poor. My first pair of aids back in 2004 cost me $4200 per pair. I DO wish to recognize the excellent service and care given me every visit I make to your Tower Avenue facility. Sam performed my hearing test and thoroughly explained the results with professionalism. He fixed the squealing sound my aid was doing and adjusted the sound to perfection and to my complete satisfaction. He took the time needed to correct (and fix) my aid problem. I am forever grateful.
