Went here to get my hearing aids left with nothing. I called ahead of time to make sure that they took my insurance etc before making my appointment then got told they’d call me by Monday and after numerous calls I finally got in touch with them Wednesday afternoon saying they “had just received information saying that my insurance doesn’t cover them.” Then calling them to get my paperwork back so I can go to another doctor they didn’t even have it ready. We have dropped one hearing aid off "to be replaced" according to Kyle at the Leominster location. It would take a week. It has been over a month. Repeated calls to the office results in no call backs and no information on where the hell the hearing aid is! We finally went to the office and was told a bunch of lies apparently because they still do not have it after being told it would be in by Friday or Monday of this week. It is Wednesday.
