Been there often always same problem hearing aid plugged.
I’ve been going to the Leominster, MA office for nearly 2 years now. I have regular checkups scheduled at the previous visit. If issues arise in between, they are dealt with almost immediately. Usually turns out to be user error. Never had a device fail. Always get a return call and follow up. I’ve been dealing with Kyle from day 1 and he’s always professional.
