After trying three other hearing aids, I decided to go to Miracle Ear in Kingsport. John gave me the most comprehensive ear test that I have ever had. After working 50 years in welding shops, I can hear again. They are very knowledgeable and got me up and hearing after the first visit. It was well worth the money I paid. Larry Roller

If you have hearing lost do not go on the TV or on line I did that all I did wast my money I brought so many of them I went to Miracle ear in kingsport tenn that was the best thing I have done I can hear so much better I didn't thing I would ever hear good again go to see John Bonenberger he will help you in any way he can he is very nice please do won't I say it will be worth it Shirley Stadvec

After my first visit I was told to return in a week to make adjustments. When I returned for my appointment the lady was working in Johnson City that day and had not informed me. I live 1.5 hours away. I rescheduled my appointment and on my next visit I was told the person I needed to see was sick. I can understand that but was told they called me at 10 a.m. I had given both my home phone and cell phone. Poor quality product....fits price though. – Nice enough office, but quality of product was poor. I had tried two for 6 months and couldn't get them to sound real or have a good, pleasing quality. I think I should have spent a bit more and been much more satisfied with my investment!
