I'm sure that Dr. McQueen is a great doctor, but the staff I spoke with was rude and unhelpful when I tried to make an appointment. They told me I wasn't covered. I have since called and verified with my insurance that I was. After trying to have this conversation, they hung up on me. After calling back and asking to speak to the office manager, they told me he was in a meeting. I then asked for the office managers phone, they wouldn't give it to me. Worst service ever. Waited 35 minutes then left without seeing anyone. I asked how much longer but got no answer while audiologist walked right passed me without saying a word to me, but whispered to the receptionist.. All they are interested in i is selling a new hearing aid and not servicing the one they sold me. The worst service I have ever received. I would give it zero stars if possible.
Update it’s been six weeks since my last review where I thought I had everything taken care of but today I receive a letter from Power Pay demanding payment for a bill I don’t owe. This is a company that Miracle Ear finances your purchase through. I thought we had this all taken care of on December 2 as the purchase was returned within the trial. And I was issued to full refund search I am still receiving the threatening letters and having to deal with this harassment I guess it’s time to contact an attorney . Save yourself ... read more
I wasn't too sure about getting hearing aids. After Matt worked on my ears, I was 100% in. Erin, the receptionist , that greets you at the door takes care of you. I'm almost 80 years old and I should have done this years ago.
Over the past several years I have had a number of occasions to visit Miracle Ear in Bluffton. Every time I have visited they have been very helpful and always able to solve my problem in a timely manner. They have fixed broken speaker wires and have managed to clean my hearing aids when I could not myself. I give them my highest recommendation.
