Currently they do not have a specialist. Appointments are a mess. I was told that I could get in at Goldsboro possibly since they don’t know who or when anyone will be coming in June. So far I have seen Mike, Samantha and Henry none of them are there anymore. I went in to serious debt for these hearing aids and have not been satisfied with the results yet. Each new person makes it more difficult. Now there is no person. I just want them to work without the nails on the chalkboard sounds constantly.
