Mr. Purvis took care of us in the most respectful manner possible. He was very knowledgeable on his craft and made us feel comfortable in this transition into the ear aid world. Highly recommend him!
What a great experience! First of all, no one wants to face the reality of hearing loss and the thought of wearing devices in your ears but if it happens to you... this is the way! Angela at the front desk is welcoming and helpful. Mikki, my specialist was just as welcoming and helpful! I have had brief encounters with other staff and they all have been so helpful! Lastly, getting old ain't for sissies!
At first I had a bad experience with my hearing aids but Mikki in League City worked diligently with me to make sure that my aids were a proper fit and my hearing was good. I would like to thank her staff for their help, support, and kindness.
Love my Sparyk hearing aids r great and so is the service. It very professional.
