Michael was very professional and formative.!
My husband and I visited Miracle-Ear League City location yesterday. We were seen by Michael, he explained in great detail the anatomy of the ear and its function along with the many different hearing aid options available to customers today. I would recommend Miracle-Ear for those who need, at least come to get a hearing assessment every year.
I’ve been a Miracle Ear customer for several years. The service provided by this location is so incredible! Michael is so caring and so knowledgeable. I never feel rushed when I either make a call with a question or have a scheduled appointment. My hearing loss was devastating but with my hearing aids I can hear EVERYTHING again! Such caring employees all in one place. So very thankful for these extraordinary people.
Michael Purvis the Hearing Instrument Specialist was very comfortable to talk to. Had a very soft professional approach, and was concerned and cared more about you, than just making a sale.
