Very professional with listening skills and compassion. Higher in price than today's OTC hearing aids but lifetime warranty, cleaning, repair that the OTCs can't give beyond 30-90 days only. Totally worth the investment.

This team has been exceptional in guiding me in the use of the hearing aids and guiding me in the process. Todd was amazing. He took time with me and made me feel like I was family from day one. Todd made me feel at ease with the whole hearing aid process. When I arrived here I did not want to get hearing aids and after the visit with Todd, I felt at complete ease with using hearing aids.
