I tried a couple of different hearing aids but it wouldn’t block the outside noise. I finally decided to try Miracle Ear and I immediately notice a total difference. Ms Oswald did a complete hearing test and after giving me an option of three different choices I got the ones she recommended. I tried them on and she walked me outside to see how I liked them and if I could hear the difference. From the beginning, the customer service was excellent, including scheduling my appointment. Mr. Michael Purvis conducted my hearing test and explained everything clearly and in plain language. I especially appreciated his honesty and professionalism. After the test, he congratulated me because my hearing is at a normal level and explained the appropriate next steps without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I am hearing things that I have not heard in decades, maybe ever. Life is steering in a whole new direction. I ask myself How could hearing change so much of my life? Mikki's genuine interest in my personal well being & increasing my quality of life cannot be given a high enough rating.
I can't thank Mikki and her team enough they were truly amazing and it was such a good experience!
