Five stars for Katie! She handled my husband’s hearing aid fitting with such care and humor. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. He’s already enjoying listening to music again, and I’m enjoying not having to repeat myself. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their hearing (and their domestic life)!
Katie is a life saver! She helped my very stubborn dad understand the importance of good hearing and actually got him to sit through testing and fittings without him having a total meltdown! And now he isn’t constantly yelling at us all for mumbling!! A true miracle worker- she’s improved our whole family’s quality of life.
I am a musician and Katie helped me immensely with hearing protection options. She ran a thorough and concise test and was eager to help.
My experience with Katie and Tammy was exemplory!! Tammy was warm and made me feel welcome. Katie was friendly and explained everything we would ne doing for my hearing tests. She answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable with the answers and I had no qualms about what I needed to do during the test.
