I was hesitant to have my hearing checked, as it would confirm what I already knew , I'm getting older and probably need hearing aids. I was introduced to Katie, and after a complimentary and thorough hearing test, I was ready to try the aids. Katie was very patient and answered all my concerns. I purchased the Miracle-Ear aids and my quality of life has improved. Follow up has been great from both Katie and Tammie, in the front office. I now look forward to my follow-up visits.
If we could rate higher than 5 stars, we would. We have had significant experience with hearing aid products and vendors for many years, none of which were positive until now. Miracle Ear in Lincoln has been outstanding. They went above and beyond in assessing my husband's hearing, educating us on available products, and making recommendations. These people are the best in the world! They are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. On more than one occasion I have called them with spur of the moment questions or issues and they have always been graciously responsive.
