I had the best experience working with Katie! She helped my Dad who has dementia and was so patient and kind. I’m so happy we found this place! My Dad loves his new hearing aids. We highly recommend this place!
Five stars for Katie! She handled my husband’s hearing aid fitting with such care and humor. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. He’s already enjoying listening to music again, and I’m enjoying not having to repeat myself. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their hearing (and their domestic life)!
Katie is a life saver! She helped my very stubborn dad understand the importance of good hearing and actually got him to sit through testing and fittings without him having a total meltdown! And now he isn’t constantly yelling at us all for mumbling!! A true miracle worker- she’s improved our whole family’s quality of life.
