We can't speak highly enough of Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center. Jennifer made the entire experience so comfortable and informative, she also took the time to address all our questions and concerns. The staff was friendly and efficient. We left the center feeling confident in the care my husband received. If you're looking for a reputable place with a welcoming environment, look no further!
I am very pleased with the hearing exam, I know I have lost some hearing (almost 70 years old), but not knowing if I had a problem since I don't know what I do not hear. I liked the data based hearing test and while I do not need treatment now, the test is a nice baseline to compare in a couple years. I found them to be professional and the testing comprehensive. I will definitely be going back in a year or two.
The office was easy to locate, clean, and comfortable with ample seating. We were greeted by a woman named Estella who was very pleasant and professional. We were handed some forms and asked to fill them out, sign, and return. While waiting Estella pointed out a variety of beverages and snack available to us.
