Jennifer was amazing! Very well spokened and super kind! I definitely recommend anyone who wants to get their hearing checked to go with Jennifer :)
My father, JGC, was just at the Santa Maria location and had a wonderful experience with Jennifer D. She is professional, provided great customer service and very kind. He appreciated the time she took to show him how to properly insert his hearing aids. If he ever needed an upgrade, he would definitely return to this location! Thank you Jennifer!
Wonderful experience!! The staff is wonderful!! Aurelia was so nice,l, very welcoming, offered drink, snacks etc!! Very helpful and happy!! Jennifer was amazing!! She explained the ear and how we hear etc and what hearing aids do for you. It’s obvious how passionate she is in her field. I wish we came here first before spending over $6000 on hearing aids that aren’t good for him. Jennifer said they were great wonderful hearing aids but maybe not for first timers. What an experience!! Jennifer was VERY informative and honest. She took a lot of time explaining everything to my husband and I. The testing was much more in depth than what was done a couple years ago at an ENT office. It’s a blessing I don’t need hearing aids at this time, and I wasn’t pressured or encouraged to purchase something I do not need.
Very nice, pleasant & professional. I had a complete & through hearing test, ended up not needing a hearing aid...so with all the time she spent with me...there was no charge.
