Very friendly staff and they take the time and attention to listen to your needs and issues and do what they can to tune your hearing aids as you need.
They seem to have a nice selection of items, and the doctor is very low pressure on the sales end. We appreciated that.tgey also helped on the financing as well...
Excellent hearing aids. I took Doug's advice and got them when I was on the low end of the normal range, rather than waiting.. I have had them for several years now. My new ones have a blue tooth in them so listening to music is fantastic. Doug is excellent at giving me check ups (free) and his office staff is excellent too. I highly recommend them.
