I have my hearing aids for about 1 1/2 but could not be happier the lady at bloomington Indiana store was the best you better take care of her she found my problem what a difference it makes want thank her so much they was just totally awesome thank you Virgil Noble
Dayjah provided excellent service and the staff was very pleasant. We were out of town and my husband had issue with his transmitter and the Bloomington office got us in right away and resolved the issue.
Be careful, these are sales people. They will ask what you do for work which has nothing to do with your hearing. The only avenue they will recommend if you go there is 7000+ dollars hearing aid. If that looks a lot to you, they will say pay a certain amount per month over a few years which will rip you off even more. Don’t fall for this, consult an actual doctor from ENT!
For the first time in years , I can hear birds chirping and squirrels rustling in the trees , I can even hear them dropping acorns. Any time I have had any issues they have been resolved immediately and effectively. I cannot say enough about the ladies in the Bloomington office. They simply go above and beyond to give me the best care. Thank you so much for giving me my quality of life back!
