I have been in a number of facilities receiving hearing aids, but this office is exceptional with personalized service. Chris is friendly, concerned, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you're hearing is the best that it can be. I would highly recommend this office and its personnel to anyone who is considering purchasing a hearing aid.
Cris is a true specialist who is also personable and caring. She went the extra mile to educate, explain, and assist my mother who is 90 years old. She articulated well and gave eye contact to help cover the information needed about hearing loss and their product which can make a world of difference to the patient. I highly recommend her and the receptionist for a positive and rewarding experience.
