The service with Chris after the sale is great. The hearing aids are adjusted when you need it. Mary in the front cleans your hearing aids every four months. Every year you get a new exam. You don't get this at a big box store.

Chris helped me with a crossover hearing aid because of total hearing loss in one ear. The sound is very natural for me. Chris gave me her complete attention and was determined to find a solution for my hearing problems. If you are suffering with a difficult hearing problem, I highly recommend seeing Chris as soon as possible!
