Very pleasant office atmosphere beginning with a warm greeting. Nancy was very informative and explained everything in detail both verbally and written. My concerns were addressed and when I do need hearing aids, I will contact Nancy @ Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center in Bloomington.
