Excellent and professional staff of Hearing Consultants. A very clean office and the staff was very responsive to all phone calls and concerns. My mother is 98 years of age and she felt that the consultants at the miracle EAR located in Alhambra were kind, caring and considerate of her trying to understand the process, I would highly recommend this office in the future for anyone considering getting information on hearing aids
The office managers demeaning reaction to ear wax on my 2k hearing aids. "You need to clean better" yelling out for others to hear & repeated several times more. Not a positive experience for a senior female or for anyone.
