Very receptive and quick response time. I recommend.
Thanksgiving week I traveled to LA to see my only grandchildren and discovered upon arrival that I had left my hearing aid charger at home. I couldn’t hear them at all and they had a year’s worth of adventures to share. In complete panic, I began calling Miracle Ear locations in the LA basin, having no luck locating the right (older model) charger. I was transferred to the West Covina office where Kay Matsuyama requested pictures of my hearing aids. I texted the pictures and she was able to figure out what charger I needed. ... read more
Visiting from out of town didn't have filters for my hearing aid a wonderful young woman behind the desk was very helpful and so pleasant and professional Miracle-Ear should be proud to have such an employee. God bless
