Vivian did a fantastic job today! I am not from this area and I stopped in her store in Spanish Village because one hearing aids was not working. She cleaned both and then took the time to pair them with my phone. Great job!
Dr. Nathaneil Strickland and his office manager, Vivian were very accommodating and patient in helping me decide what hearing aids would best meet my needs, and in scheduling my appointments. I am thoroughly impressed by Dr. Strickland’s patience in explaining my thorough evaluation and the potential long-term effects of my unique hearing loss. I also appreciate the support I will receive in the office regarding the warranty for my new hearing aids!
Nathanial Strickland was truly A#1! Brought my 94 year old mother-in-law while she was in town from N.Y. for the Thanksgiving holiday and Nathanial was gracious, more than helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. He gave her a thorough hearing exam and serviced her hearing aids, as best he could. He even helped her set up and sync her hearing aids onto her cell phone. We already have noticed a difference in her hearing on just the car ride home. Awesome work Nathanial and many thanks for your expertise!

Vivian is always pleasant and friendly. And I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Strickland. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explains things very clearly and understandably. He is friendly, calm and I’ve never felt rushed or my questions unimportant. I like his personality a lot! I can’t recommend this Miracle Ear enough!
