Great experience! Tammy the front desk lady to Valerie the audiologist were very friendly and a pleasure to speak to. No high pressure sales. Very pleasurable. Thanks ladies.
Went to this location with a coupon for a Walmart gift card and I never received it. I have called this location several times and left messages regarding the gift card which was supposed to arrive within 14 days it has been almost a month and still no one has called me about this. They I feel are very unprofessional when it comes to their clients, and talking to customer service doesn’t get you anywhere.
This experience was A++. We've been to 4 different Audiologists and the hearing aids have been sub-par at best. But the wonderful people here have finally fit my Mom with the holy Grail of hearing aids. For once she's happy! Thank you so much Valerie and Kim. You two are great.
Responded to mailer offering $20 gift card and tote bag for an appointment. Had appointment 0n 2/22/23 at 1:00 pm. Was told gift card would be emailed and they didn't have tote bags but would get me one. So far, no tote bag. I have left voice mails, emails, but no one has contacted me.
