I was totally impressed. Jeff was amazing. He really took his time and explained what was happening with my hearing. I was able to test out a set of aids and experience the impact on my hearing. The office team was just as fantastic. It was easy to schedule my appointment at a time that worked well for me. Yes, I would totally recommend the Oceanside team.
Jeffrey Savage is very friendly, as well as his receptionist and insures you are having good results with your hearing aides.
I was not sure what to expect when getting my first hearing aid but Jeff walked me through it and patiently answered all my questions. He encouraged me to call if I need anything rather than waiting for my next appointment, and I appreciate that. Alexis is always friendly and welcoming and was very helpful with the insurance/payment process. I'm very happy with my experience here and glad I didn't wait any longer to address my hearing loss.
Excellent care and answers to a variety of questions. I couldn’t imagine a better experience.
