Mallory is very kind, knowledgeable about the products also very helpful to understand the needs my mother experiences wearing the hearing aides.
Happy that this location is nearby & always able to accommodate my complicated schedule! The receptionist MaryAnn is always cheerful & pleasant on the phone and in person. Hearing specialist Mallory is also friendly & goes above and beyond to satisfy your hearing needs. Sometimes it's routine aid cleaning or sending off for repair, she gets it done.
