I can’t even begin to explain how absolutely outstanding this location is for each and every aspect of embarking on the “hearing aid” journey! From the moment I walked in with my 93 year old mother, they have been there every step of the way! From Kim who manages the office, handles the insurance to booking and confirming appointments to Alexis the Hearing Instrument Specialist, they each receive an A+. During the five years I have been wearing Miracle Ear, Alexis Phillips, hearing instrument specialist, is the most efficient in diagnostic review in improving my hearing. She is concerned and thorough in giving me the best hearing adjustments.
