Went in for a hearing test after having my old hearing aids for appx 4 yrs . Miranda set up my appointment and Scarlette did the test . My hearing had gone down a little . She outfitted me with a new upgraded set of hearing aids . I could not believe how much better I could hear everything ! These ladies are the best and caring individuals. Thank You ladies , you are the best !
Miracle Ear in Waterbury was absolutely wonderful! On Christmas Eve they were open! Scarlette found my problem was the receiver and fixed it in a jiffy! Thank you Miracle Ear for having Scarlette work for you. She is highly knowledgeable and very kind. She deserves a huge raise!
The staff are very efficient and helpful. We really appreciate all the help that they have to my father. Enjoy coming here for appointments.
