Very Meticulous and informative staff. Goes above and beyond to explain and help. Had an issue with 1 hearing aid not working temporarily, stopped in right away and receptionist took the time to correct the issue and get everything back 100% and didn’t have to wait for an appointment to correct the issue. Always able to adjust schedule quickly if a conflict arises.
