I am happy with my hearing aids and the support team at the Waterbury location. Ian Yuhas was very thorough during my follow up exam and Miranda did an excellent job too.
On time , couldn’t do a hearing because of equipment malfunction. But spent time to do what he could to improve my hearing aides with what he could do. Reschedule appointments when equipment is repaired.
Prior making an appointment at Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center My Mothers hearing was significantly bad after bringing her to several local physicians, We were getting nowhere with multiple visits. She became very depressed at this point. The Waterbury office of Miracle Ear is highly recommended, Miranda is very friendly, personable and professional, She keeps everything flowing in the office. Scarlett Florian is an exceptional hearing instrument specialist. When I was first evaluated I had moderate to severe hearing loss in both ears.
