This review is being written on behalf of my Dad. (Mariano T) Seniors beware of this location and Simone Plumley . Hearing Specialist . She made them purchase a unit that he cannot hear of. He keeps coming back to adjust . Simone did not listens to what he needs. He is 84 yrs. old. She was only concerned in getting her commission and placing an order. My Dad had insurance and she did not call or tried to help him . He now has a bill of 5000.00 and cannot pay. He is on a monthly senior income. Have been calling to get some he... read more
I firmly believe that the "demo" hearing aids that were put in my ears immediately following my hearing test were some other brand, as my $8,000 Miracle-Ear hearing aids have never approached the hearing I had for those few minutes. The M-E people from Corporate strongly deny this (of course) but I have had nothing but problems with my "top of the line" instruments: turning off for no reason randomly throughout the day, totally illogical settings, such as turning the volume down for noisy environments, so background noise is... read more
I can finally hear again!! I tried over the counter hearing aids with no luck! The Miracle Ear hearing are AMAZING!! And the Joliet facility are wonderful Heather is great and the audiologist , Simone, is so helpful at each visit!!!!!!
