Gene is great. He listens and explains things thoroughly. The customer service is superb.
I can't say enough good things about Gene or the Hearing Aids he has helped me obtain and understand. No one wants a hearing aid, but when you need one, you should get the very best one and you WILL USE. One with the best technology--which doesn't mean it's complicated. Gene will give you hearing tests that you can understand and SEE in real time, where and what problems you have AND will "tune" your hearing aids to help YOUR hearing issues.
