I can't say enough good things about Gene or the Hearing Aids he has helped me obtain and understand. No one wants a hearing aid, but when you need one, you should get the very best one and you WILL USE. One with the best technology--which doesn't mean it's complicated. Gene will give you hearing tests that you can understand and SEE in real time, where and what problems you have AND will "tune" your hearing aids to help YOUR hearing issues. Doreen with Miracle Ear in Lacey has made such an improvement in my life. I have had hearing issues since I was young and she has found hearing aids that enrich my life. With checkups a couple times a year, she makes certain my hearing is the best for most all situations. I am thrilled with their professionalism and caring.

I have been going to Miracle-Ear for many years. A close friend (Wally) told me about Doreen when Miracle-Ear was at their prior location at Sear's in Lacey.
