I was very impressed by this company. The test seemed very thorough, and the staff were very helpful.
I just had my yearly hearing test at Miracle Ear, in the Hickory NC office. I was very impressed with Shelly Toney. She is new and I really liked her. She answered all my questions and gave me some great advice on my tinnitus. I also love Stephanie Jonas at the front desk. Anytime I need something or have questions, I can call and Stephanie answers the questions or gets me into the office. I always feel comfortable when I go there. I highly recommend Shelly Toner and Stephanie Jonas.
Would not recommend this location. Lady there was arrogant and rude!!
