I am an air traffic controller and wanted a custom ear piece. I came here to this location and they were able to get it done. Custom color, hardness of silicon, size. Fully custom. I would come back again and a great price. Around $40 for both ears.
Technician who is supposed to be on site M-F 9-5p will just lock the door and take off however it pleases them, apparently. Main office has no explanation and is also not able to get ahold of the person responsible for this location.
I have been in the Fremont location. Even though I have not gotten the hearing aids at this moment, I definitely enjoyed and please with the time spent with the hearing aids help and service by Kyle and Roman.
