Tim and Judy are great polite and friendly love going to see them they give the best care and are there when I need them. Really made a difference in my hearing .
Tim is very professional and is good about explaining what he is doing and why. His receptionist, Judy, is very welcoming and friendly. Glad we found Miracle Ear at West Lake.
Timothy Pratt is the very BEST. KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND SO VERY VERY KIND AND PLEASANT. Always a great experience to go in for followup and his office manager Judy is so pleasant and friendly, and knowledgeable too…. Like I said the BEST!
