I’ve had my ear hearing aids from miracle at Westlake for over a year and they are excellent people they help you anyway they can. They’re friendly. It’s all around just a great experience.

I finally took the plunge and made an appointment to have a hearing evaluation at Miracle Ear and I am glad I did. I have tinnitus and moderate hearing loss in both ears and Tim was able to program a new set of hearing aids that help immensely. His professionalism and caring attitude is something I look for when I spend a considerable amount of money. He made sure everything was covered and that I was comfortable with my new devices. I put off hearing aids for years. I finally tried some of my friends and realized what I was missing. I went to Miracle Ear in Hardy Va. and saw Tim Pratt. The hearing test is FREE and thorough. I learned so much and was fitted with some amazing hearing aides. If you are having hearing problems then this is the person you must see. You will not be disappointed.
If you are looking for a place to get your hearing checked out, this location is it! Tim is very thorough and explained every question I had with patience. I ended up not having a hearing loss yet, he never pushed anything on me. Very amazing experience. Would recommend to anyone.
