Would have given this 5 stars before having to go through a sales process. Love Charmaine and Joanie. However, the sales woman was terrible. We were not aware that the appointment we had was for a sales pitch. Our appointment was late on a Thursday afternoon. We were informed that it was their sales week. Everything was explained (technology updates, improvements; etc). Knowledge, caring, understanding and definitely worth the time and money
I've been going to Miracle Ear since my early 20s, I'm in my 40s now. The Tewksbury, MA location was ideal for me. Charmaine took care of me all this time and she helped me shape what was left of my hearing. She cared deeply and made sure I'd call their office if I had any questions, concerns, or complaints. She would rearrange her schedule to squeeze me in and made sure my hearing was up to my fullest satisfaction when I left. Recently, I lost my pair of hearing aids on a popular roller coaster ride.
