They are billing me but I never bought their products! This is crazy!! And they won't stop harassing me!!!
The staf was great kind helpfully the hearing aids are great. I can hear clearly and much better than ever I don’t know why I waited so long. Dint wait go now. Big difference.
Do not use them. They are no longer in network for me (anthem blue cross) and was going to cost over $6500 out of pocket. So I decided to go to an in network provider. Asked them for the hearing test they just did and they refused. They were very rude about it as well. Guess they were mad I went somewhere else.
It's awful that elderly people are not given empathy and lead to feel pressured to make an instant purchase for hearing aids that cost $5,300. to over $7,000. on the spot. Selling these hearing aids like a car salesman is a pathetic living. Shame on you for attempting to take advantage of people that are losing one of their senses. You insist on keeping their old pair while sending them home with a new pair. Who knows what's being done with the old pair?
