I recently moved from Maryland and stopped in to make the switch to this site. Carol and Jackie were very helpful in accomplishing this and setting my first meeting with Pamela. After completing a much overdue hearing test, Pamela made numerous adjustments to my hearing aids. Those changes were excellent.
