Susan and Rebecca are so kind and yet professional. Susan has given me great guidance for my hearing aid needs. She and Rebecca make sure I have my next appointment scheduled before I leave each time so I can plan around it. I love coming here.
Fast and polite service with a smile
Protection plan is absolutely worth it. Besides the batteries delivered each month, the knowledge that damaged or improperly functioning hearing aids are covered by warranty are worth the monthly fee. I had problems with mine, sent them in and a week later had new replacement hearing aids, which would have cost me thousands of dollars without the warranty. Susan and Rebecca have always worked with us to hear the best we can. Greg and Elena.
