Nick is fabulous! I highly recommend Nick and his crew. I have been wearing hearing aids for 20 years and have been to numerous ENT locations to buy hearing aids. No one has come close to the services that Nick provides. He goes above and beyond with educational training and excellent customer service. Going forward he will be the only provider I use for hearing aid testing and replacements. Thank you Nick!!
Nick Beall Ally Beall have been Fabulous!! Ally came in after a Snow Storm to accommodate me my Dad. He is not able to drive and I live out of town, so she opened up outside of traditional hours. Several months later my Dad needed to update his hearing aids. We came to his office to purchase an updated set. When the new set arrived, my Dad was in the hospital. Nick was kind enough to deliver and tune his hearing aids while my Dad was in the hospital. He went Above and Beyond!!!! Super Impressed by their efforts. JR Lindquist
FANTASTIC and thorough! Dr. Ally Beall was so kind to take on my mom as a client after my mom had purchased hearing aids in Las Vegas from another Miracle Ear location. Today she ran an actual hearing test that revealed so much more than the Las Vegas doctor ever told us. She is continuing to help us to possibly change out the original purchase that is not working for her as well as it should. Not only do they keep my mother hearing and streaming well for the past three years they are some of the most kind people you could ever have on your side. Ally goes above and beyond for her patients/clients. She makes sure we have everything we need and are doing well. Betty always makes sure we are taken care of and has a friendly warm welcome.
