I get more junk mail from this company than any other company, I'm glad they don't have my phone number.their hearing aids are the most expensive in the industry.

Receiving promotional correspondence in the mail, even after contacting this company to refrain from sending me these unwanted materials. It's annoying and a violation of my rights to repeatedly send these correspondence to my residence. Called last year, and again, now. Churchland, you must contact Corporate Office and have them discontinue this practice, not tell me the customer to contact the Corporate Office to stop this practice. I will be contacting the "Consumer FInancial Protection Bureau" to lodge a complaint.

This place was wonderful. I took my mother here and from the warm greeting from the young lady at the front, to the very caring demeanor of Elizabeth who did the hearing test, we knew we came to the right place. Elizabeth explained everything in detail and it made my mother and myself feel very comfortable. We could tell she genuinely cared about my mothers hearing loss and wanted to help in every way. I highly recommend them if you want someone to take their time with you.
