Mike is great! He is always helpful and is thorough in his checks. Great job keeping my hearing on par.
Very happy. John was outstanding in explaining my results, how the hearing aid would help me. Was very patient with my many questions, and made sure I understood the many options that are available. He made sure they connected to my phone and how to customize that. His courteous demeanor and patience, as well as his thorough knowledge was outstanding.
