Bonnie at the reception desk is "lights out great". Well organized and professional. Helps Mr. Rick to be the successful guy that he is. A Good company hires GOOD PEOPLE. Simple as that.
Was very pleased with my visit at Miracle Ear with Rick Knipe! After my hearing test, he knew exactly how to treat my problem. He took the time and showed me the graphs and what they meant! Explained everything. Thank you Rick! Also his receptionist Bonnie was very warm and friendly!
Went for a free hearing test. The place is okay, though a bit disorganized. However, the entire time I felt like I was at a timeshare presentation. It might just be me or maybe just that day. Even so, I don't plan on going back at least to that location. Good products though.
