Leann is amazing. She is always so helpful on the phone or if I need to stop by. Tracy is very knowledgeable and does a thorough test.
Quick and wonderful service always with a smile. I needed my aids repaired and called. Tracy said, come on down. They were fixed in five minutes.
Excellent experience all around. Tracy is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The receptionist, LeAnn is very friendly, has a great personality and made me feel very welcome. Both Tracy and LeAnn always go the extra mile. They are the reason I am staying with Miracle Ear.
