I went to my hearing aid check up today to find I had a new representative, David Bugin. I didn’t realize how much I was lacking until this appointment ! I was so disappointed to learn that my last representative never showed me so many features of my hearing aids! I’m glad he no longer works for the company because he did not represent them well! Thank you, David. It took one year, but I am finally a satisfied Customer!

Samantha is so professional and is very thorough. She is VERY definitely a people person. There is a real sense that she knows you and remembers you, because she DOES !! I REALLY feel like a person and NOT a number.
