Staff were interactive, professional and informative. All aspects of test and test results were explained. A print-out of the test results was provided. Overall, this testing process was exceptional.
I made my appointment with Mircle Ear. It ran very smoothly. The representative that greeted me was very kind and knowledgeable. I filled out the forms they were very simple. He escorted me to a booth explained how the test was conducted. When it was over he printed out and explained each detail with me. It was through but not drawn out.
I needed to go in for a simple hearing test and everything was so efficient and easy! Definitely recommend
My father went to Miracle Ear in East Syracuse NY and worked with Gregory Grow. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and helpfulness with my dad. Not only did he work through the logistics of getting my dad fit for a hearing aid, he worked through the complicated financing process. He continues to support my dad weekly now and assured us he will be available moving forward. Thanks for the great work, Gregory! We appreciate it!
I had a great experience! Very thorough. Having difficulty hearing at 44 is tough to deal with. Making an appointment and walking through that door is even tougher. This office makes you feel welcome and at ease from the moment you get there.
