Update! it’s been 3 years since I took my mom (see earlier review) and I actually took myself to get a thorough hearing exam by the fun and super competent Tyler. He explained so much to me, I had a real clear understanding of my own hearing loss’s issues and decided to get my own hearing aids! He also gave me different support articles related to other health issues.
