We have purchased hearing aids from Jay at the Akron office for both my parents and my in-laws. Needless to say he has always treated us like family! He is professional, knowledgeable, honest and so kind with our elderly parents. The best part…they can hear now and enjoy our family gatherings! Highly recommend!
I went to the Akron location and the Jay helped me out with adjustment. He explained everything and made it easy for me to understand. I can hear better now. Very happy.
My dear mother is 87 years old .I was with her to get her hearing checked. I felt Dr Jay took it too far with trying to sell her new hearing aids. Her most recent pair was less than 2 years old. Please don't take advantage of older folks.
