After having dealt with several hearing aid providers, we were fortunate enough to find Miracle Ear. I absolutely would not go to any other place for hearing aids or even questions related to hearing now. Betsy Aldrich is the best! She takes her time and makes sure you understand and are taken complete care of each and every time.
To start my visit when I walked in the door, it was held open by the receptionist/secretary. She was very friendly and helpful. Then I started my visit With Betsy, my audiologist. She was so informative and educational. She was very patient and took her time with me. I never felt rushed through. I learned quite a bit from her. She was very patient and kind and I loved how truthful she was with me about my hearing level. Thank you so much, Betsy.

Staff was so very helpful and knowledgeable. Took time to answer all questions. Very pleased with my new hearing aids. They are so comfortable it’s easy to forget I have them in. Had another brand before - more expensive but didn’t compare to what I have now.
