Had made my appointment, they called me back change My appointment ...thought everything was set and good.So I drove all the way over to apple valley from Hesperia and no appointment.They said they canceled it.And then they sent me a text message said, hey, we missed you.I'm like what I was there. pretty sad way to do business
Beatrice the audiologist was patient, knowledgeable & informative above & beyond the call of duty. She took the time to listen to my story, did a thorough exam & gave an enlightening explanation of how sounds are processed & showed me exactly where my hearing loss falls on the spectrum. I very much appreciate her kindness & honesty & especially the fact that she wasn't just trying to make a hearing aid sale.
