Nancy is absolutely fabulous
Friendly staff, open to walk ins to make appointments for a free check up, they don't try to push buying things on you, holistic approach to each individual patient explaining how the process works and what you may need or not.
Great experience! I went to get fitted for in-ear monitors. The process was easily explained and I was in and out in 20 mins! Great staff!
Nancy was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and very kind. I am very satisfied with her assistance and the overall service at the Orange location. After being at other Miracle Ear locations this is the best location in Orange County. Thank you very much.
