My husband needed Hearing Aids and our friends recommended Miracle Ear in San Juan. What an amazing experience to meet Patrick and his staff. They are welcoming, professional and understanding. The comprehensive hearing test and evaluation went well. The whole staff create a great environment for solving problems. Nice thing about Miracle Ear is they have offices everywhere if you need an adjustment or have questions.
I had a wonderful experience with Miracle Ear in San Juan Capistrano. They had a special on hearing aids in April 2024 which was good because they can be costly but well worth it for your love ones. I met Sheryl who is the office manager & Patrick the hearing aid doctor. They are both very professional & accommodating. They are nice, informative & timely with their service. I had an excellent experience with the staff at Miracle-Ear. I came to have my hearing assessed after an extended period of time in hospital for an inflammatory encephalitis. My family and I were concerned that I was having some hearing deficits after my illness. The staff were very thorough with my evaluation. At this time I have some moderate deficits with high frequency sounds, but otherwise showed no significant deficits. What a great office staff you have with Patrick and Sheryl. They are always so helpful and pleasant to work with. Miracle-Ear should give them award for their customer service. I will recommend them to everyone that I know!!
