I felt nervous when I went for my appointment at first but, Sheryl is so sweet and professional. She greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel comfortable. Patrick is the Hearing Aid Doctor and he went over everything about your ears. I was very impressed with how much goes on in the brain by your hearing and he was very professional and patient with me. I was informed with how my ears are doing at my age by the testing, LOL. I have to send that the San Juan miracle Air office has to be one of the best I’ve ever been to. I have been to many of the other offices in the area as I take care of an elderly lady, and they are by far the most thorough and caring of all the offices I write The doctor and the best.
My husband needed Hearing Aids and our friends recommended Miracle Ear in San Juan. What an amazing experience to meet Patrick and his staff. They are welcoming, professional and understanding. The comprehensive hearing test and evaluation went well. The whole staff create a great environment for solving problems. Nice thing about Miracle Ear is they have offices everywhere if you need an adjustment or have questions.
