Stephen was incredible to work with. He is clear with his instructions and he really knows his stuff. He explained everything clearly. He even gave me a pair of hearing aids to try out for a week. I met with him several times at both the Auburn and Holden locations. He was very punctual. I never had to wait even a minute. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a hearing test or hearing aids.
I had brought my grandmother to this location for an appointment, she was a little worried because she would be seen for the first time and David had mitigated all of her concerns in a matter of moments. He was very thorough and patient with her explaining her current situation and making several recommendations to help her pretty severe hearing loss.
