The associates at the Broken Arrow Center are professional, courteous, friendly, willing to allow me to work an appointment into my schedule as we travel from Rogers to the Tulsa area for scheduled appointments once a month since we live in Rogers Arkansas. We prefer the Broken Arrow office over other locations that’s available because of the staff. The office is conveniently located to the other locations that’s available we visit for our other appointments.
They were so amazing with my grandpa! Very caring, sweet, patient, and understanding. Wouldn’t give them over 5 stars if I could!
We decided to upgrade my very elderly mother’s hearing aids. The technology was difficult for her, but the aids were doing their job once adjusted. Jason took the time to see her several times, and was patient and persistent in the process. Thank you Jason
Life changing, that was my experience at miracle ear, the testing and the conversation afterwards, being able to stop at any time and have them help during the adjustment period, maintenance and battery changes comfortably and patiently. They are amazing.
